September 2015 Visa Bulletin: Major Retrogression in EB-2

The last bulletin of the fiscal year reports that both EB-2 India and EB-2 China retrogress to 01/01/2006, representing backward movement of 33 months and approximately 8 years respectively for these two countries. For future predictions, read my earlier blog entry.

Family visa categories continue to advance moderately.
