Visa Bulletin April 2016


In the April 2016 Visa Bulletin there is no movement in the employment Filing Data Table. In the Final Action Table, EB-2 India advances slightly to 11/8/2008. EB-2 China moves forward by one month to 09/01/2012. EB-3 India moves forward by three weeks to 08/08/2004. EB3 China advances ten weeks to 08/15/2013.

Most family immigration categories move forward by about one month in the Final Action Table.  F1 Philippines advances three months to 07/01/2004.
