July 2023 Visa Bulletin: India EB-3 Retrogresses 3.5 Years

The Department of State has released the Visa Bulletin for July 2023.  USCIS will accept adjustment of status applications (Form I-485) based on the Dates for Filing chart for Family-based cases and the Final Action Dates chart for Employment-based cases. 

Employment-based India EB-3 retrogresses over 3.5 years to 2009. EB-3 for all other countries except China retrogress 4 months to February 2022. 

The cut-off dates for Family-based categories remain the same. Mexico F1 advances 21 days, F2B advances 2 months, and F3 advances 2.5 months. F-3 for all other countries except the Philippines advance 14 days.

2B: The 2 “B” Preference is for Unmarried Sons and Daughters (21 or older) of LPR's.
3rd: Married Sons and Daughters of Citizens (about 23,400 per year)
4th: Brothers and Sisters of Adult Citizens. (about 65,000 per year)
