H-1B Visa Cap Update

As of 09/24/2010, the USCIS reported that 39,600(out of 65,000) regular H-1B cap has been used. For master degree holders, 14,400(out of 20,000) visa numbers have been used. Once again, the rate of filing of new petitions is steadily rising. It is advisable to file your H-1B petition as soon as possible.
