U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently created a general inquiry mailbox for customers in Canada. Currently Canadians cannot access the National Customer Service Center through the 1-800 number to ask about general immigration questions. However, starting 12/11/2009, Canadian customers may use USCIS.Canada@dhs.gov to access information and get answers to their questions about U.S. immigraiton. |
