Feb. 2010 Visa Bulletin

For February 2010, most employment preference categories remain sluggish.  The brighter spots are China Eb-2 (advanced 3 weeks) and Eb-3 for China and other countries (advanced 7 weeks to 09/22/2002.)  Many family preference categories have enjoyed some nice movement between 4 to 8 weeks.  For details, please click on the link for visa bulletin at:
