April 2013 Visa Bulletin: China EB-2 Advances

April's Visa Bulletin is not much different from last month's.  Employment-based 2nd preference for China continues to advance to April 1, 2008 while India Eb-2 remains unchanged. Most other employment categories continue to advance moderately.  On the family side, family-based first categories continue to advance and the most notable advancement is the Philippines’s four-month  advancement  to February 15, 1999.  Family 2A advance three weeks for China, India, the Philippines and the Other Countries.  Family 2B moves forward by five weeks for all countries.  Please see the tables below for details.
