Is your DACA application being put on hold?
Recently, some pending I-821D DACA applications (Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) have been placed "on hold awaiting guidance" by USCIS. USCIS is awaiting guidance from headquarters on how to treat certain evidence that has been submitted to satisfy the educational requirements, according to a recent meeting between AIlA and USCIS on April 10, 2014. USCIS is working with Department of Education in order to resolve this issue soon.
