In March's Visa Bulletin, EB-2 India advances 1 week only while EB-2 China moves forward by 2 months. EB-3 India and EB-3 China moves forward by 1 month and 2 months respectfully. EB-3 Philippines also moves forward by 2 months. "Downgrading" from EB-2 to EB-3 continues to be a viable option for Chinese born applicants who wish to speed up their immigration process. Family immigration categories advance very slowly. Family 1st Philippines advances 2.5 months.
