In April 2018's Visa Bulletin, there is major retrogression in the EB-1 visa category for both China and India. Both categories retrogressed more than six (6) years to January 1, 2012 from being "current". The EB-1 visa category includes immigrant visa petitions filed by persons with extraordinary ability, outstanding professors and researchers and multi-national company executives and managers.
