Premium Processing Fee Increased To $1410

DHS is publishing a final rule today to increase the filing fee for I-907 Request for Premium Processing Service from $1225 to $1410, effective 10/01/2018. Applications postmarked on or after  10/01/2018 must pay the new fee. The last fee increase was in 2010 from $1000 to $1225.
