January 2019 Visa Bulletin

In January 2019's Visa Bulletin, employment-based categories remain stagnant.  EB-1 is still retrogressed for all countries.  EB-1 India and China advance to 12/15/2016. EB-2 China moves forward to 08/01/2015; EB-2 India stays at 04/01/2009.  EB-3 India and China have no movement while EB-3 Philippines advances slightly to 06/22/2017.

There is not much movement in the family-based categories.
