April 2022 Visa Bulletin: EB-2 India Advances 9 Weeks

In April, EB-2 India Final Action date will advance 9 weeks to July 8, 2013; however, EB-2 China will stay the same at March 1, 2019. Most other EB Final Action dates will remain the same as before. EB-3 “other workers” China will move to June 01, 2012.

Dates for filing EB-2 India will move a whole year to September 1, 2014;  EB-3 “other workers” China will move one month to August 01, 2015.

The cutoff dates for Family visa categories will mostly stay the same, except some advancements for Mexico.

USCIS announced that I-485 adjustment applicants must use the Dates for Filing chart (FD Chart) in both the family-based and employment-based cases.  Please note that the F2A applicants can file I-485 adjustment applications now because the Date of Filing is "current".

Please see below for details.
