September 2022 Visa Bulletin: Employment-based Visa Numbers Expected to be Exhausted

In September, there will be very few movements in both family-based and employment-based categories. Most employment-based preference category limits for FY 2022 are expected to be reached during September. If that happens to any category, visa numbers will immediately become "unavailable."
