November 2022 Visa Bulletin: China EB3 Advances / Employment-based I-485 Can Be Filed Based on Filing Dates

 

                             

In November's visa bulletin, there are very few movements. Employment visas for India continue to be retrogressed.  EB3 China moves forward by 3 months.

Family-Based

F-1 Mexico advances 8 months. 
F2A remains current, which means spouse and children applicants of permanent residents can continue filing for adjustment of status in the U.S. 
F2B, F3 and F4 Mexico advance from 15 days to 2 months.

Employment-Based
EB3/Other Workers China advances 3 months.
