As of January 1st, 2023, EB-1 India and China will retrogress after being "Current" since April 2021. India and China will have a final action cutoff date of 2/1/2022 and filing cutoff date of 6/1/2022.
China EB-3 and Other Worker will advance 6 months.
There will be no movements with other Employment-based categories.
All dates in the Family-based categories will also remain unchanged.
In January 2023, USCIS will continue using the Dates for Filing Chart in receiving adjustment of status (I-485) application for all family-based and employment-based applications.
