$215 H1B Registration Fee Proposed

 

In a proposed rule to be published on 1/4/2023, USCIS is proposing to increase the H-1B CAP registration fee from $10 to $215, a 2050% increase.  The registration fee must be paid for each intended employee for entry into the annual H-1B CAP visa lottery.
