June 2023 Visa Bulletin: India EB-5 Retrogresses; China Unskilled Workers Advances

The Department of State has released the visa bulletin for June 2023. 

The cut-off dates for Family-based applications remain the same. 

For Employment-based applications, China EB-3 Other Workers advances 4.5 months. India EB-5 retrogresses 14 months. Other categories remain the same.

3rd: Married Sons and Daughters of Citizens (about 23,400 per year)
4th: Brothers and Sisters of Adult Citizens. (about 65,000 per year)
