January 2024 Visa Bulletin: Significant Advancements for F2A Worldwide, EB-1 India





In the January 2024 visa bulletin, F2A worldwide advances 8 months; F2B Mexico advances 17 months. 

For employment-based cases, EB-1 India jumps forward by 3 years and 8 months to 09/01/2020. EB-2 and EB-3 India advance 1 month, and EB-5 India advances almost 2 years. 

USCIS will honor the dates in the Filing Date Chart for filing of both employment-based and family-based I-485 applications.
