In the January 2024 Visa Bulletin, F2A worldwide advances 3 months. 

For employment-based cases, EB-2 worldwide advances 14 days, except China and India. EB-3 worldwide advances 1 month, except China. EB-4 India advances 1 month as well. 

USCIS will honor the dates in the Filing Date Chart for filing of both employment-based and family-based I-485 applications in February.
