February 2025 Visa Bulletin: India EB-2 & EB-3 Advance




In the February 2025 visa bulletin, both India EB-2 and EB-3 advance by 14 days. 

USCIS will accept Family-based I-485 applications based on the Dates of Filing chart and accept Employment-based I-485s based on the Dates of Final Action chart. 

AD: Dates for Final Action (Green Card Approval)  

FD: Dates for Filing Applications Only
